To kick off our October pop-up residencies, we’ll have Notion magazine in selling issue 77 of their magazine. we caught up with The Notion team to find out more on their upcoming stay here:
Tell us about who you are and what you do?
Notion is an independent music magazine that champions emerging and underground music culture alongside chart-topping artists daily online and four times a year in print. We also champion culture and fashion, reporting on cultural movements, designers, brands, exhibitions and more as well as dedicating a section of each magazine to exclusive fashion editorial content from a variety of incredible creatives.
Which song best sums up your brand?
There’s no way one song can sum up what we do at Notion – wed need a whole playlist.
What can we expect from your stay at BOXPARK?
We’ll be selling the new issue of Notion (Issue 77) as well as records by some of our favourite artists / labels alongside Notion Magazine merch and apparel from up and coming fashion brands. We’ll also be hosting a panel with our Notion 77 cover star Kojey Radical about independence in the music industry.
What’s the best reason to come to Shoreditch for a shopping spree?
The mix of culture. There’s exciting new brands, fashion staples, record shops, an abundance of live music venues and cultural hubs like Kamio and every kind of food/drink imaginable.
What’s your top Shoreditch tip?
Food wise, head to Hoxton Street Market at lunchtime or head to Beigel Bake on Brick Lane for bagels. Always check out Village Underground for live gigs and do drinks at the Ace.
What does the future hold for your brand?
We’ll continue to champion the best music and fashion culture and launch more live events in London and beyond.
You can catch Notion Magazine’s pop-up from Tuesday 3rd – Sunday 8th October in unit 26 of BOXPARK Shoreditch!
