NOW OPEN: Soul Vegan wins three-month pop-up at BOXPARK Croydon

We are pleased to announce the winner of the StartUp Croydon competition, Soul Vegan! During their week-long pop-up at BOXPARK Croydon, they impressed guests and staff on site with their delicious plant based Caribbean Soul Food and beat off the competition from Mucuaa and Fruiture Juicery to win a three month stint in the pop-up. 

Soul Vegan will be open from Monday 24 October 2022 – Sunday 22nd January 2023 and will be putting all they have learnt during the competition to practise as they run their business from BOXPARK Croydon. 

Back in May we teamed up with StartUp Croydon to launch a competition giving early stage food entrepreneurs the opportunity to win one of three FREE week-long pop-ups in September 2022 at BOXPARK Croydon. The three winners of the week-long pop-up were then whittled down and Soul Vegan was chosen!

Soul Vegan is made up of three sisters, vegan since birth and born & raised in beautiful Bermuda. They were lucky to live in several different countries throughout their life, whilst immersing themselves in their beautiful cultures. These experiences greatly influence their menu that they offer today. Soul Vegan’s  food is bursting with rich, fresh, comforting Caribbean spices and international flavours, allowing customers to try their speciality, plant based Caribbean Soul Food!
