We Are Hiring: Senior General Manager

This role will initially be based in Wembley with relocation to new site openings.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Overall management of a 2500 capacity food and event space
  • Relocation as appropriate to prepare and oversee new site openings
  • Liaising with tenants and dealing with operational concerns
  • Contributing to the marketing strategy to drive footfall and average spend
  • Sales planning and idea generation
  • Effective shift management of the on-site team including a management team of up to 10
  • Contract management of cleaning, security, maintenance, waste, etc
  • Monitoring and managing health and safety systems
  • Sourcing best value and implementing efficiencies
  • Creating a positive image and environment and enhancing all working relationships
  • Managing and overseeing the production and security of large scale events and high footfall days
  • Overseeing the smooth running of multiple food, drink and fashion retailers. 
  • Liaison with local authorities and councils to maintain a strong relationship
  • Becoming the designated premises supervisor for the site
